Module 1: Laying Down The Foundation - First things first. The key to a successful online business is a solid foundation. In week one, we're going to figure out what you have, what you need right now, and what you can put off getting. Here's some of what we'll discuss:
- Whether you should hire a programmer of webmaster. Two different jobs, two different skillsets. Who do you hire first? Who do you hire long-term? How do you find competent, reliable ones?
- The one trait I value above all when hiring outsourcers. It's not their expertise in writing, programming, SEO, design, reporting or even administrative tasks and following instructions. It's the one trait that separates who you hire and who you fire.

Module 2: How to hire outsourcers... the right way: Part One. There's a lot of people out there looking for work. So how do you know who to hire? In this module, we'll go over some criteria I look at before I even email someone.
- The one thing you should NEVER do on job boards, forums and directories. If you make this mistake, you're more likely to get scammed or find people who are not up to par.
- How many potential candidates should you talk to during the opening round? Too many and you'll get bogged down. Too few and you won't find the best person for the job. Here's my "sweet spot" number.
